  • a. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice within a reasonable timeframe.

  • b. Outstanding Payments: Termination of the agreement does not release the client from their obligation to pay any outstanding invoices or fees.

Liability:

  • a. Limitation of Liability: I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use my services.

  • b. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of my services.
